Our office specializes in braces. The atmosphere is busy, exciting, and fun with a lot of teamwork and camaraderie. Our doctors are friendly and funny. We are looking for a full-time, long-term team member with a bright, cheerful personality and a confident, positive attitude. No experience required. We love teaching new people and will provide the training needed to set you up for success!

The ideal applicant would have the following qualities:

· excellent customer service and strong people skills

· very comfortable with financial discussions and phone conversations

· self-motivated and driven by goals and bonuses

· organized and detail-oriented with paperwork

· bilingual (Spanish) would be valuable, but not required

The job duties would include, but are not limited to:

· welcoming and scheduling patients

· explaining orthodontic treatment plans

· negotiating and setting up financial arrangements

· numerous outgoing follow-up phone calls

· answering incoming phone calls

· logging and tracking patient correspondence
