Job Summary:
Experienced framer preferred, also seeking labroer open to learning. Physically capable of working with heavy lifting and handling medium to heavy machinery or tools. As a Framer/laborer, you will be responsible for various tasks related to heavy equipment operation, construction management, and carpentry.

Responsibilities:

- Demonstrates a strong ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively, following specific instructions.

-Exhibits a proactive work ethic, consistently seeking out responsibilities and tasks during downtime to contribute positively to team goals and project success.

-Operate heavy equipment and a diverse range of tools when needed.

Qualifications:

- Experience preferred in heavy equipment operation, manual labor, frame carpentry, or related fields
- Knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently

Location:

Location varies based on the current projects we are taking on. We are based in Coeur d'Alene but travel to locations nearby.
