Centre Ave. Health & Rehab is hiring a quality Licensed Practical Nurse for the Ward Clerk position who plays an important role in the recovery and well-being of our elderly patients and residents at our beautiful Fort Collins, CO location. Located at 815 Centre Ave. Fort Collins, Co., we offer furnished private rooms designed to provide comfort for individuals requiring short-term rehabilitation following hospitalization or for long-term care, or end of life care/hospice care.

• Part-time

QUALIFICATIONS

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Clear unencumbered license from the State of Colorado as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current CPR Certification
• New Grad LPN's Welcome as well as any licensed nurse within a hospital, long-term care or any other related healthcare facility
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
