New Mercer Commons Assisted Living is located at 900 Centre Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado and serves a wide range of needs by offering Assisted and Memory Care all located within one building.
We are accepting applications for a Housekeeper able to work:

• Full-time or Part-time
• 7:00am - 2:30pm
• Schedule to be discussed at interview

Compensation

• Starting wage between $15.00/hour - $15.75/hour (depending on experience)

Housekeeper

• Responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of both resident rooms and the facility.
• Duties include dusting, sweeping floors, mopping and shampooing floors, stocking carts with supplies, keeping a list of inventory needs.
• Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition.
• Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies.
• Loads housekeeping carts with supplies. Follows recommended list for stocking.
• If applicable, washes, dry's, folds, sorts, hangs and distributes laundered articles and linen.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age
• Be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must be interested in geriatrics, able to work independently or as a team, and attentive to detail. Must be able to tolerate lifting, pushing, and pulling in the 30-pound range frequently and helping lift residents occasionally.
• Must be able to work some holidays.
• Must be flexible to fill in for vacations and PRN work (As needed)
