• Answer phones
• Schedule patients
• Verify insurance
• Collect patient balances
• Manage patient health information
• Verify the accuracy of treatment plans based on insurance benefits
• Ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in to check-out

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Dental Office workflow - experience at the front desk preferred
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Experience working with Open Dental is a plus
• Proficiency in dental insurance
