Colonial Williamsburg is Hiring a Room Service Server - Williamsburg Inn Near Williamsburg, VA
- Provides consistent five star quality service within the Williamsburg Inn Complex by delivering room service orders to guest rooms, cleaning the stock pantries of dishes, and retrieving trays.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and public contact skills
- Must be able to work weekends, Sundays, holidays, evenings, and mornings.
- Food & Beverage and or hotel experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
- Physical requirements include but are not limited to: (1) bending; (2) lifting; (3) ability to transport 50 pounds.
- Ability to (1) fulfill guest requests in a timely manner with the utmost tact and courtesy; (2) work effectively under pressure; (3) read, write and have good mathematical and oral communication skills; (4) maintain standards listed below
STANDARDS: Maintain a positive, enthusiastic outlook; smile and greet guests, employees, managers, and supervisors; show respect for and cooperate at all times with those for whom and with whom you work; report to work as scheduled and on time; meet appearance standards; perform assigned tasks accurately and on time.
