Job Description
Colonial Behavioral Health provides opportunities for recovery to individuals and their family members in the areas of mental illness, substance use disorder, and developmental disabilities. Colonial Behavioral Health serves the citizens of James City County, City of Poquoson, City of Williamsburg, and York County.
Colonial Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide coordination, oversight, and direction for all clinical services to include the Greater Williamsburg Child Assessment Center (GWCAC).
Job Duties
Job Duties:

• Responsible for developing, monitoring, and providing oversight to all of children's services.
• Facilitates orientation and training of team members.
• Responsible for monitoring the established productivity standards related to Case Management & Outpatient Services.
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule
Position works Monday thru Friday; no weekends. Limited Opportunity to Telework.
Qualifications (EEO)
Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of child and family systems, behavioral health disorders in children, and appropriate interventions for identified problems.
• Clinical knowledge related to the assessment and treatment of those with mental health, substance use disorders and co-occurring MH/SA disorders.
• Must possess the ability to link children and families with needed clinical and support services.
• Three years of clinical and supervisory experience in mental health and substance use disorder preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Master's Degree in a human services field required.
• Must hold a valid license from the Board of Counseling ( LPC, LCSW, LCP, LMFT, or LSATP) required
