Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Agent for Collins Mobile LLC, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our customers throughout their entire journey. This role involves proactively engaging with customers, ensuring the smooth setup of devices and accounts, managing number porting, overseeing auto-pay and bill payments, confirming shipment arrivals, and performing outbound calling for appointment setting.
Job Functions
- Initiate and maintain regular communication with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide timely and accurate information.
- Guide customers through the setup process of their devices and assist with account activation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to device configuration.
- Facilitate seamless number porting processes for customers switching to Collins Mobile LLC.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in transferring numbers from other carriers.
- Educate customers on auto-pay options and benefits.
- Monitor and assist customers with bill payments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Track and confirm the timely arrival of customer shipments and address any concerns related to shipment delays or issues.
- Proactively reach out to customers for follow-ups and service updates.
- Conduct outbound calls for appointment setting and provide relevant information.
Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements
- Customer-Focused: Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with mobile devices, account setup, and basic troubleshooting.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.

- Proactive Approach: Willingness to take initiative and anticipate customer needs.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
- Bilingual/Spanish Speaking encouraged to apply

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
