After a decade of success in Europe we are now looking for an experienced Client Services Director to spearhead our growth in the US. You will be responsible for:

• Lead on the development of a comprehensive US client services strategy that aligns with the company’s core values and contains clear KPI’s/Measures of success.
• Identifying new business opportunities, cultivating leads, and lead the development of proposals and presentations for prospective and current clients.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, building strong, lasting relationships based on trust, communication and understanding of their needs.
• Building out a high performing US team to continue Cognite’s growth in the US.

With a deep interest in science & medical communications, we believe someone with the following experience could be a good match for this role:

• Degree-level qualification in a relevant science or Post-graduate or PhD is desirable.
• Previous experience in a Medical Communications agency is essential.
• Experience developing and executing strategic plans for department and agencies including content, client management and growth strategy.
• An in-depth knowledge of medical communications, regulatory requirement and industry trends.
