iAG Energy is a growing Energy Efficiency firm helping companies implement strategies to reduce energy usage and save on utility costs.

We are looking to hire a Project Manager to operate a preexisting department, and spearhead the launch of a new service being offered to our clients. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone looking to be engaged in managing a service department with an additional commission structure for spearheading the new department.

Project Manager job responsibilities will Include:

• Communicate with clients to schedule appointments and answer questions
• Review engineer produced reports and have a strong understanding to review material with clients
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with the Engineering Department for status updates and confirm necessary data

Sales Responsibilities will Include:

• Implement a streamlined process for the new service being offered
• Generate sales using our existing client base
• Research and communicate with multiple vendors
• Create and send proposals to clients

Previous Experience Required:

• 3 years of proven work experience in a Project Manager or Sales role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to stay organized and multitask
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team setting
• Proficiency working with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and Adobe Acrobat

We are looking for someone who has both confidence and drive to sell, while also having the organizational capabilities to sustain our current departments’ workflow. With time being split in these two areas of work, the soft skills will be very important.
