Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design and customer service.

Duties:
- Create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect floral pieces to meet their needs
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate costs and prices
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in floral design or related field preferred
- Knowledge of sales techniques to promote products effectively
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients and fulfill their requests
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Familiarity with wire orders is a plus
- Social media and marketing skills is a plus
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and problem solving skills is a must

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
