BGSF is in collaboration with a $1B award-winning Global Leader based in Dallas, Texas, currently seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

We are committed to identifying an individual who is focused and passionate about leveraging data & technology, with a proven track record of success in strategic planning, operational optimization, and financial analysis. The successful candidate will report directly to the VP of Finance and oversee an exceptionally skilled FP&A team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree, ideally in business, finance, or economics

- Over 8 years of relevant experience in the field

- Demonstrated understanding of financial principles and accounting practices

- High proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools

Work Model:

- Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
