Akeso Occupational Health is looking for an energetic part-time or full-time physical therapist with orthopedic experience to join our team! We are offering a $10,000.00 sign-on/retention bonus for full-time therapists! Part-time therapists are also eligible for a sign-on bonus/retention bonus!

About Us

At Akeso we strive to be the best occupational health clinic in California. Our goal is to give patients an occupational health clinic that values quality of care. We work as a team to do this. Our team consists of doctors, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and acupuncturists. We also have a team of referral specialists, billers, and schedulers that allow for our providers to focus on what they do best.

We are currently looking for a physical therapist for our Chula Vista/National City location. We provide a turnkey environment that includes a rehab clinic, all equipment and supplies, and billing services. We work alongside our rehab team, physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants within our clinics along with local surgeons to provide the best environment for our patients to return to their previous level of function quickly. We are proud of our dedicated, friendly, nurturing staff who love to come to work every morning and are looking for a PT with the same attributes and desires to help us grow.

Our clinic runs with patients coming into the clinic every 45 minutes. 

We offer health benefits, a 401K plan, continuing education money, sick time, and vacation time for full time employees. Our part time employees are eligible for continuing education money and sick time.

Requirements

A desirable candidate possesses the following qualities:

• Licensed physical therapist in the state of California
• Strong orthopedic background and experience with repetitive use injuries
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Familiar with EMR
• Excited to be a part of a growing company

The base salary is determined on the candidate's education, qualifications, and experience, and is subject to change based on various internal and external factors.
