Our Liberty family is growing every day! Our Partners at Saraniti Insurance are looking for a CSR/Sale Representative in Parma.

Saraniti has several offices located in Ohio including Cleveland, Parma, Elyria, and Lorain. They work with both personal and commercial lines. We will train you if you have an interest in Insurance or someone with a Property and Casualty license is great as well!

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist agency with incoming calls and customer service requirements such as policy changes, billing concerns, and taking payments.

· Manage existing accounts including conducting annual reviews, following up on claims, providing courtesy calls, generating COl’s, and updating policies as needed.

· Make outbound calls to current customers to review existing policies.

· Address underwriting issues and provide requested documentation

· Provide quotes for property, casualty, and commercial insurance to clients in person and via phone with an emphasis on commercial.

· Cross sell additional insurance products to existing clients

· Generate new business to the agency by marketing and quoting products

· Assist with training and implementation of client management system

Assist with other agency duties as required

Responsibilities/Job Duties:

The primary focus of this position will be growing the agency by bringing in new clients and selling additional products to our existing clientele.

Some customer service duties will be required to help you obtain leads and sales opportunities.

Desirable  candidates will  be  able to :

· Present, promote, and sell products to prospective customers

· Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

· Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

· Cross sell additional products to existing customers

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets

Skills  and  background  that  we  are  looking  for:

· Property and Casualty License preferred but not required, health and life license a plus but not required

· 1 years of office experience

· Ability to think critically and problem solve independently

· Ability to provide excellent customer service

· Organizational and multi-tasking skills

· Tech savvy, agency management system experience preferred but not required
