About the Physical Therapist opportunity

• Company is growing throughout California
• See all ages- Pediatrics to Geriatrics
• 1:1 care with Therapist
• Each Therapist has Clinical time, Marketing time, and Mentorship time each week
• Patient intakes- history and systems review
• No double booking
• See 9-13 patients a day (depends on intake, follow up, or discharge appointment)
• Diverse client base- young athletes
• In person and Telehealth appointments
• Office is outfitted with best equipment and support
• Women's and Men's Pelvic Health, TMD, Vestibular rehab, Concussion recovery, Posture and Ergonomic consultation,
• Video Run Analysis
• Therapy appointments start at 7:30 am. Schedule is flexible. No evenings or weekends

Requirements of the Physical Therapist opportunity

• Doctorate trained Graduate of Physical Therapy Program
• California State Medical License to practice complete or in process
• Passion for coaching and supporting candidates through treatment plan via in person and telehealth appointments ( have the energy and interest to motivate)
• Interest in continued learning and study of new modalities and best practices
• Ability to communicate well with clients, colleagues, and team
• Manual training focus

• Base Salary of $84,000-94,000 (depends on experience)
