- Managing construction phase activities including contract administration, construction monitoring, change order management, and project closeout; and
- Managing occupancy phase for office projects.
- In-depth experience developing and managing project schedules;
- Experience with office leasing processes; and
- Experience managing one or more projects with a value of at least $25 million.
