We are seeking a Commissioned Sales Associate to join our team! We have a book of business that we want an experienced, tech savvy salesperson to manage and expand upon. The position is initially pure commission but can develop into a salaried, full-time job.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell Get Control Digital Skills Webinars to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Follow up on leads generated by ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Training industry sales experience is helpful not not necessary
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must be able to update and manage leads via the CRM
