ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate classroom presentations to Middle and High School students using the Best Choice curriculum.
• Adhere to curricula fidelity of core components.
• Ability to implement and adapt presentation activities to diverse populations.
• Interact with students, parents, school administrators and the community.
• Maintain ongoing professional development and Sexual Risk Avoidance certifications.
• Regularly participate in staff feedback sessions, coaching, and program updates.
• Upholds organization’s standards of conduct.

SCHEDULE

• Full time position
• Monday to Friday, 8 hours shift
• Occasional weekends or evenings as needed

• Must have reliable transportation; relocate if necessary

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• PASSION to educate and empower the next generation. One or more years of experience working with youth ages 12-18, parents of youth, and community organizers.
• EQUIPPED with relevant education or work experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• CONFIDENT in communication with diverse groups. One year of public speaking experience is required.
• INITIATIVE to step into new opportunities when needs arise.
