Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting with product selection, and driving sales. Duties:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with electronics sales or technical products is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
