Vehicle Movement and Organization
- Direct customers entering the service drive with hand signals and ques. Along with greeting each guest when positioned in service drive.
- Move vehicles from the service drive to dealership service parking area.
- Ensure vehicles are parked in designated areas, keeping the lot tidy and maximizing space usage.
- Clean and detail vehicles for customer post service appointment delivery, ensuring all debris, sanitary seat covers and steering wheel covers are removed.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure, fluid levels, and battery condition to ensure vehicles are ready for test drives or customer delivery.
- Assist sales and service departments by moving vehicles for customer test drives, service appointments, or deliveries.
- Provide support during vehicle deliveries, ensuring a smooth handover process and a positive customer experience.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks around the dealership, such as sweeping, cleaning, and maintaining the overall appearance of the facility.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized service department, helping to create a professional and efficient work environment.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols while moving vehicles and performing tasks around the dealership.
- Monitor the security of vehicles on the lot, ensuring they are locked and secured when not in use.
- Provide additional support to various departments as needed, such as running errands, transporting parts, or shuttling customers to and from the dealership.
