The SLP will develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, setting clear goals and intervention strategies to improve patient outcomes, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and physical therapists to provide comprehensive patient care, and educate patients and their families on communication strategies and exercises to support the rehabilitation process.
