A leading surgical hospital located in the heart of Indiana is now seeking an experienced Regional Surgical Care Nurse Manager to join their award winning healthcare team.

This renowned healthcare organization is known as one of the largest specialty practices in the Midwest, providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care in a professional patient-centered environment. The team combines experienced medical professionals that specialize in orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, joint replacement, spine care, hand and upper extremity surgery, foot and ankle care, and physical therapy. This organization is also ACR accredited and HFAP certified.

Reporting to the Nurse Director Inpatient Services, the Regional Surgical Care Nurse Manager will oversee operations at two clinical sites with 55 beds in total. Both units provide pre and post surgical care for hip and knee replacements, spine surgeries, and other orthopedic services such as physical therapy, and much more. The Regional Surgical Care Nurse Manager is responsible for managing staff schedules, providing mentorship and education amongst nursing staff, monitors department performance, maintains compliance with all state and federal regulations, and manages department budgets. 

What Makes You Awesome:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing BSN from a nationally recognized program
• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Indiana or ability to obtain
• Progressive leadership experience in an inpatient setting
