We are seeking a Sales Associate/Key Holder to join our team in Levittown and Bensalem, PA! Days, Nights, Saturdays and Sundays!!! Part time position!!!

Past Vape Shop experience a definite!! Looking for individuals must have some vape knowledge, customer service and retail experience.

Key Holder/Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Basic Math Skills required.
• Organizing skills required.
• Support daily priorities to optimize the customer experience and increase sales with the customer mindset as a priority.
• Recognize and develop staff as needed. Ensuring everyone has the knowledge to succeed.
• Lead shop activities to ensure customer readiness and exceptional presentation standards are being met.
• Leads by example, ensuring a lasting impression is presented to anyone and everyone who walks into the store.
• Helps build a proactive and solution oriented customer centric culture within the shop.
• Have a deep understanding and know how of products carried within Fog City Vapor. Being able to teach and coach team members and customers on those products.
• Have a practical knowledge of store systems and ability to educate sales associates and key holders in best practices.
• Handle various responsibilities related to the physical operation of the store, including activities required to open and close the shop, as well as involvement in daily operational functions.
• Maintain and keep the store both clean and organized at all times.
• Communicate additional product and store needs to the Store Manager.
• Prevents and minimizes loss prevention as required.
• Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality.
• Cash Handling experience using POS systems to ring clients orders
• Reliable transportation is a must
• Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
