Precision Talent Solutions is Hiring a Global Training & Readiness Senior Program Director with Security Clearance Near Miami, FL

General Summary: Our client is looking for Senior Program Director, who will be a dynamic program leader and Army training SME with broad experiences in project management, customer management, business development, business analytics, and personnel management. The Program Director is focused on contract delivery, managing profit and loss, and workforce development within the multiple CONUS/OCONUS locations. Must display excellent skills in program health, managing a cross -functional team, employee relations, and must have experience developing employees within an effective team environment Responsibilities:
Manages a portfolio of projects in accordance with existing contracts and company policies, procedures, and department instructions.
Drives the performance of the projects including scope, financial performance, risks, contract delivery results, schedule and Customer satisfaction to deliver successful results.
Responsible for overseeing cost, schedule, and technical performance over multiple U.S. Army training and logistics programs performed at various locations. Effectively communicates programmatic expectations and goals to leadership and subordinates.
Applies extensive knowledge and expertise related to U.S. military training, simulation, operational, logistics and maintenance to assist military/government officials in formulating, articulating and prioritizing training/simulation requirements, needs and life cycle issues to support LVC training events.
Forecasts, obtains and manages personnel, facilities, services, equipment and tools to meet project and departmental requirements.
Leads mitigation activities for complex and multiple projects enterprise wide. Manages overall health of projects. Mentors subordinate project managers on the identification, categorization and prioritization of risks. Analyzes risks and escalates as appropriate to senior leadership executive management with recommendations.
Actively seeks out opportunities to grow programs (or increase in scope, value, etc.) by maintaining positive relationships with the customer and providing insights where additional capabilities could be added to current programs.
Proven experience developing and retaining customer intimacy.
Executes defined Business Line goals and business and financial plans. Communicates business performance at the end of each accounting period.
Familiarity with a diverse labor workforce, including unionized workforce.
Support business development activities outside of this program.
Up to 35% travel required, throughout multiple countries.
Performs other duties, as assigned. Requirements: Master's degree and typically 13 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Must have had previous P&L experience of at least $50M annually and demonstrated achieving targets.
Must have experience managing T&M and fixed priced contracts.
Must have experience managing CBA/SCA workforce.
Must be able to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
Experience leading complex tasks, large teams, or complex budgets under a global footprint within DoD government contracts preferred.
Experience maintaining accountability for overall project health: e.g., Cost Performance Index [CPI], Schedule Performance Index [SPI], Earned Value, Common IT Indicators [CITI].
