Positions available: We are hiring customer service representatives and data entry clerks in the following areas of our Delray Beach office:

Examples of Essential Functions

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email or in person.
  • Providing accurate information regarding court cases.
  • Addressing and resolving customer concerns.
  • Processing payments.
  • Maintaining accurate court records.
  • Collaborating with other departments within the Clerk's office and our Court Partners.
Typical Qualifications

Data Entry Clerk - $16.15
Minimum qualifications: High school diploma (or GED), supplemented by three (3) years of recent and relevant experience that demonstrates the ability to accurately apply acute attention to detail in maintenance of detailed data, preferably in an automated systems environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Customer Service Representativ e - $17.36
Minimum qualifications: High School (or GED) plus five (5) years of recent and relevant experience, some vocational or college preferred; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
