CLEARVIEW FEDERAL CREDIT UNION is Hiring a Manager Talent Acquisition Near Hybrid/Moon Township, PA

OBJECTIVE

The Manager-Talent Acquisition acts as a strategic partner in creating and executing recruitment and onboarding of talented, qualified, and diverse talent. The Manager-Talent Acquisition works as a Recruiting Partner supporting organizational goals by managing forecasted and un-forecasted staffing needs.

WORKING HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, based on operational needs

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Three to five years prior recruiting and onboarding experience
  • Experience managing others
  • Experience marketing and selling a company's attributes to external candidates
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent oral communication skills including in person, over the phone, and virtual
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Targeted Selection Program a plus
  • Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
  • Solid understanding of modern sourcing techniques and tools
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate initiative, self-motivated
  • Dependable and maintain good attendance record
  • Adaptable and flexible

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the organization, ensuring proper strategies are in place to meet the hiring needs of each department.
  • Connect with hiring managers to review, analyze and clarify job specifications, leadership behaviors, and skills required; understand business operations and develop recruiting strategies to fill staffing needs. Work closely with hiring managers to deliver strategic hiring initiatives targeted towards each functional area.
  • Supervise, train and evaluate the recruiting staff to promote a motivated, high-performing team.
  • Ensure the execution of companywide policies and programs pertaining to recruitment and provide general assistance as needed in adherence to state and federal regulatory laws.
  • Develop sourcing plans specific to each job opportunity and build a bench of diverse talent with candidates sourced and ready for interviewing and presentation to hiring managers.
  • Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process, which will include management and leadership of vacancies.
  • Manage all talent acquisition activities including requisitions, Career Opportunities Program, applicant tracking, candidate interviews, website, job fairs employment/staffing agencies and job boards.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job requisition workflow, and electronic onboarding (ADP) to maximize system capabilities and efficiency.
  • Actively engage in our Day One onboarding efforts to increase new hire satisfaction and retention.
  • Actively engage in and support new hire onboarding efforts and HR connEXtion to increase new hire satisfaction and retention.
  • Mentor hiring managers on appropriate recruitment and legal hiring/interviewing practices and procedures. This will include creating and conducting formal training for people leaders.
  • Assist Hiring Managers in developing and extending competitive job offers and communicate acceptances to recruiting team for completion of the hiring process.
  • Compile, maintain, analyze and report on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, new hires, cost per hire, fill rate, promotions, and related information in partnership with Recruitment team.
  • Assists HR leadership team in the execution of the diversity & inclusion strategy.
  • Display the FACTS in Action and support Clearview in the community through the Clearview Cares program, Employee VTO and Clearview sponsored events.
  • Handle other duties as assigned.
