The Team:
As an application security architect in the Security team, you'll have the opportunity to influence the security posture of our products and services. In this role specifically, you'll be responsible for leading application security efforts as part of the product development lifecycle. You will:

• Analyze and assess cyber security risks for Clear Street's products
• Build a mitigation plan for addressing cyber security risks
• Work together with R&D teams on implementing mitigation strategies
• Take part in product design, bringing the cyber security point of view
• Establish secure coding and secure testing practices
• Run penetration tests both internally and using 3rd party firms

Requirements:

• At least eight (8) years of professional experience running secure SDLC processes
• Strong background in software development
• Very good understanding of software design
• Good understanding of cloud based architectures
• Good understanding of a kubernetes based technology stack
• Excellent communication skills

The Base Salary Range for this role is $185,000 - $225,000. This range is representative of the starting base salaries for this role at Clear Street. Where a candidate falls in this range will be based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. This range represents Base Salary only, which is just one element of Clear Street's total compensation. The range stated does not include other factors of total compensation such as bonuses or equity.
