We are in need of laborers who are somewhat familiar with construction sites. We clean up the construction messes & turn out sparkling new businesses & places to live!! This position needs people who can work well in a team environment to either clean new construction or renovations. Have to be able to bend, do some light lifting, get on your knees, go up ladders (We work w those w/ fear of heights). The places we normally clean are schools, apartments, businesses, etc. All supplies are provided. Start pay for this position is $16/hr or more - depending on experience. RELIABILITY IS A MUST!!!!!!

• W -2 Employee
• Pay based on experience.
• Paid weekly on Wednesday
• We work w/ those that have kids in school
• Have to have hard hat, hi-viz t-shirts or vest, boots, and jeans/pants. No sweatpants, shirts without sleeves, or joggers (except for janitorial)
• Hours are Mon thru Fri with an occasional weekends
• Shifts are mostly 7 - 3:30 or 8 - 4:30
• Have to be able to travel to multiple sites a day occasionally. Transportation for this is required and not provided.
• The ability to follow directions is a MUST!
• Need those with a great work ethic who want to grow. Drive & the ability to work alone or in a team is a necessity.
