**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Landscape Foreman to oversee and manage landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and maintaining outdoor spaces, along with strong leadership abilities.

**Duties:**

- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in garden construction and maintenance tasks.

- Coordinate and execute tree care, irrigation, lawn care, and groundskeeping activities.

- Oversee the build and maintenance of landscapes to ensure high-quality results.

- Provide guidance on plant selection, placement, and overall landscape design.

- Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines are met and work is completed to specifications.

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in supervising landscaping projects.

- Proficiency in garden construction, tree care, irrigation systems, lawn maintenance, and groundskeeping.

- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of landscapers.

- Knowledge of landscape design principles and plant care techniques.

- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
