Job Summary:
Responsible for general cleaning of office, and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
Essential Functions:
1. Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
2. Taking out trash and recycling
3. Vacuuming and mopping floors appropriately
4. Washing and cleaning windows as applicable
5. Sanitize office as necessary
6. Dust front office and patient rooms to ensure clean and positive experience for patients
7. Have a positive attitude around patients
8. Other duties as assigned
Competencies:
1. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
2. Ability to change task on the fly if needed
3. Ability to organize, prioritizes tasks, and multitasks effectively.
4. Ability to read, understand and follow oral written instructions.
5. Ability to sort and file materials correctly by alphabetic or numeric systems.
Education and Work Experience:
1. High school graduation or GED.
2. Minimum two years janitorial experience
Environmental/Working Conditions:
Office setting, well-ventilated and well lit.
Physical/Mental Demands:
Normal office environment. Work is typically performed in the office and patient rooms.
