Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Groundskeeper and General Warehouse Maintenance staff. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our warehouse facilities and surrounding grounds. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in groundskeeping, general maintenance tasks, and experience collaborating with contractors and electricians.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of warehouse facilities, including bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Maintain the appearance of outdoor areas, including landscaping, sidewalks, and parking lots.
• Perform routine inspections and address issues such as litter, debris, and weed control.
• Change light bulbs, repair doors, and perform routine checks on locks to ensure security.
• Conduct machinery maintenance to ensure proper functionality (as needed and trained)
• Coordinate and collaborate with general contractors and electricians as needed for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Communicate effectively to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in groundskeeping and general maintenance tasks
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary package and benefits ($20/hr - $22/hr) depending on experience level.

• Schedule – 7:30 am – 5:30 pm (M-F) with on call weekend support as needed
• Report to: VP of Cultivation Operations 
• Work Location – Perris, CA
