We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Publications & Graphics Coordinator that enjoys working independently to support our branches and corporate locations needs. The Pest Control industry is not exactly what it may seem. Pest Control is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers dont suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers that we serve.

What Youll Do

• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
• Think creatively to produce new ideas; Use innovation to redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost, time and client. Contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall production.
• Manage and update internal communication platforms with the latest information regarding, but not limited to, promotions, events, and contests.
• Meet with others, including project managers, to discuss their needs; interpret the business needs.
• Develop design briefs by gathering information and data to clarify design issues.
• Produce promotional displays, packaging, marketing brochures, flyers, logos, posters, and ads for various products and services.
• Create web and digital asset designs using a wide range of media. Including, but not limited to, photography and computer aided design.
• Develop, design, edit and direct video storyboard work.
• Complete requested print projects using laser printers and ink jet printers, collators, perforators, joggers, cutters and paper folders.
• Proofread, edit, copy and synthesize forms and documents from management.
• Provide backup support for other employees who may need assistance.
• Other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Residential Sales and Marketing Manager.

What You'll Need

• You must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. The ability to write routine reports and correspondence and the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization is also an expectation.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and experience in Adobe Creative Cloud and related software. You may be asked to work in the print shop when necessary so you must maintain proficient knowledge on the use of print shop equipment. You must work well in a team, multi-task, deliver high-quality work, and function satisfactorily under tight timelines.
• Must be able to multi-task: work on more than one design brief at a time and produce accurate and high-quality work in a timely manner.
• Must be able to work well in a team, with printers, photographers, other designers, website designers, and marketing specialists.
• Must be able to complete work on tight deadlines.
