What will I do as a Dietary Aide?

* Ensures excellent customer service is provided to residents, family members, guests, and

staff.

* Serves residents based on their Meal Ticket preferences and dietary restrictions.

* Partners with other neighborhood team members and volunteers by implementing

engagement and mealtime opportunities.

* Maintains a clean bistro kitchen by sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, and cleaning bistro

equipment on every shift.

* Cleans floors and walls in the bistro.

* Stores all tableware and other items in the proper area.

* Properly disposes of trash after each meal.

* Assists in serving residents in the bistros.

What do I need to be a Dietary Aide at Masonic Village at Burlington?

* A willingness to complete ServSafe certification upon hire

* A willingness and ability to assist residents with different levels of functioning in a helpful, positive manner

* Good initiative, sound judgement and cooperative attitude

* At least 16 years of age
