This position would float between multiple residential properties. Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the property under the direction of the Property Manager. Able to assume responsibility for the property in the Property Manager’s absence. 

Requirements

• Knowledge of leasing techniques and sales methods. 
• Knowledge of management company policies and procedures
• Responsible for posting rental checks
• Responsible for ensuring efficient and courteous response to resident request, concerns or issues
• knowledge of account payables
• Affordable housing background is preferred, but not required
