The Corporate team is looking for an intern to help us maintain, upgrade, and scale the infrastructure that powers Grubhub’s corporate features. Our primary objective is to deliver a great user experience to our Corporate diners and admins.

The Impact You Will Make:

• Help build features that are used by thousands of corporate and consumer diners every day
• You’ll write performant and concise code to meet the defined standards here at Grubhub
• Provide valuable insights and contribute to root cause analysis efforts, helping to identify and address issues that may impact diner and corporate experiences
• Join a cross-functional team (iOS, Android, Web, and Backend) that is responsible for building, delivering and owning core functionality

What You Bring to the Table:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, with an expected graduation date of Winter 2024 or Spring 2025
• Strong fundamentals in Computer Science
• Fundamentals of Java or other object-oriented languages
• Experience writing quality, maintainable code in Java or other object-oriented languages
• Knowledge of different testing techniques
• Understanding of distributed systems
• Knowledge of SQL/no SQL databases
