In this role, you will:

• Lead and manage CK Account Managers in generating sales and growth within an assigned geographic area.
• Drive team activities focused on profitable business growth, partnering with customers who demand technical expertise and superior service.
• Increase volume and profitability through data-driven analysis of cost-to-service and value-added solutions.
• Collaborate and maintain internal relationships between departments, including finance, customer service, and operations.
• Motivate and achieve results with the team based on company targets and objectives.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with accounts that value superior service.
• Drive growth through prospecting and joint calls with Account Managers.
• Oversee the timely completion of required department activities, including call reports, expense reports, and KPI metrics.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and CK Core Values in behavior and actions.

To excel in this position, you should have a college degree or equivalent, with at least 10 years of successful sales experience and 5 years of supervisory experience. You'll need excellent communication skills, self-direction, strategic thinking ability, and a professional demeanor demonstrated through high standards of ethical conduct. Candidate must be a resident of the Metro East region or willing to relocate.
