LAND DEVELOPMENT SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage subcontractors for all off-site and land development to include mass grading, paving, wet and dry utilities, curbs, sewer, gutters, streets, etc.

· Manage budgets and schedules for individual projects.

LAND DEVELOPMENT SUPERINTENDENT REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST HAVE 2-4 years of experience working with land development and/or offsite construction as an Assistant field superintendent working directly for a land developer or builder.
• Working experience with entitlements and bonds.
• Able to read construction offsite blue prints and land use plan drawings.
• Proven relationship builder with vendors, subcontractors, cities and counties.
• Team player.
• Individual contributor.
