Job Objective & Safety/Security Sensitive Designation
JOB OBJECTIVE: Embark on an exciting journey as you play an intricate part in maintaining the pristine beauty of our City parks! Your role will involve hands-on grounds maintenance activities, ensuring that every corner of our beloved parks remains a picturesque haven for the community to enjoy.
This position is not designated as a safety/security sensitive position and is not subject to random drug and alcohol screening.
Essential Functions
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Operates mowing equipment to cut grass and other hand and power tools such as push mower, edger, line trimmer, blowers etc., to perform lawn and grounds maintenance duties.
2. Transports crews/maintenance workers to job sites/locations
3. Operates trucks and trailers to move equipment or materials.
4. Cleans grounds, buildings and rest rooms in parks.
5. Builds and repairs park equipment, such as picnic tables.

Minimum Qualifications, Additional Requirements and Supervisory Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess a valid Arkansas Class D Non-Commercial Drivers License before employment and maintain licensure for the duration of employment in this position.
