City of Liberty is Hiring a Parks Maintenance Worker Near Avenue, MO
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00am – 3:30pm
- OT, as needed (typically 1 weekend per month)

- Responsible for the maintenance and construction of public parks, building grounds, tennis courts, Spray grounds, vehicle maintenance and other aspects of the infrastructure; participate in the work of the division and perform a variety of technical and maintenance activities; operate equipment and vehicles.
- Proactively engage and interact with citizens to ensure their customer experience leaves a positive impact.
- Perform other duties as needed to ensure quality municipal services for our citizens.
- Respond to requests and inquiries from customers/citizens in a professional, positive, friendly and helpful manner.
- Work independently in the absence of supervision.
- Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of essential duties including operating and maintaining assigned equipment such as mowers and weed eaters
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with lawn care, lawn equipment, construction, maintenance, landscaping, turf management or related experience preferred.
- Possession of (or ability to obtain) valid CDL driver’s license.
