Position Summary

The Healthy Homes Program Manager is a grant funded temporary full-time position that will administer the day-to-day operations of the City of Harlingen Healthy Homes Program. The Healthy Homes Program is a grant funded program made possible by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development that assists eligible Harlingen residents to correct environmental health and safety concerns using the Healthy Homes Principles. Program Manager will ensure that the program is managed in accordance with federal, state, local and grantor compliance requirements.
