Assistant Attorney General: The West Virginia Attorney General’s Office seeks an attorney to join the Tax, Revenue, Claims Commission and Transportation Division. Ideal candidates will have at least three (3) years’ experience practicing bankruptcy law. In addition to experience with bankruptcy proceedings, candidates will have litigation experience, demonstrate excellent academic and professional credentials; possess superior oral and written communication skills; have outstanding legal research, analytical, and legal reasoning skills; and, the ability to function with minimal guidance in a demanding legal environment.

Candidates must also have an active WV law license or be eligible for admission.
