Summary of Position

Reports to Executive VP-Operations. Will be responsible for assisting the Executive VP-Operations in managing his or her department along with other areas of responsibility. Will help establish and maintain the Bank's fiscal record keeping system by utilizing generally accepted accounting principles. Will adhere to tax laws and regulatory compliance to properly reflect the financial position of the Bank. Also will assist in ensuring that department activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelors in Accounting or Finance required. 3 to 5 years banking experience preferred. Experience in Bookkeeping and Accounting processes required. Experience with personal computers to include a working knowledge of Windows based software including Excel spreadsheets and Word is required. QuickBooks experience required. Must also be able to perform detailed work, problem solving and reasoning along with math, presentations, verbal and written communication, analytical reasoning, cope with stress, perform multiple concurrent tasks and tolerate constant interruptions.
