This position will be responsible for overseeing a team focused on product specialization for physical security systems, this technology can be taught however a good knowledge and experience in IT, Product Management is required.

Responsibilities will include:

• Conduct research and development on new system manufacturers (i.e. access control, intrusion detection and closed circuit television systems).
• Champion changes to improve how the security products are managed.
• Drive and develop product and project roadmaps for existing security systems.
• Interface with security vendors directly and working with stakeholders on managing these systems at a high level.
• Oversee personnel such as subject matter experts, compliance specialists, and technical writers.
• Take ownership of system escalations and decision making at a high level as it pertains to the clients security product.
• Oversee a team of 8 personnel focused on physical security systems.
• Perform managerial duties such as performance reviews, interviews, career growth, and other similar tasks
• Owning client product issues at a high level and resolving those requests
• Initiate and own projects as it pertains to the clients physical security products
• Present team and product metrics to the client in a technical and non-technical format
