We have a position available for a creative, encouraged individual contributor, to work with our supply chain functional partners to lead critical product lifecycle management projects for the Silicon One Supply chain group. You'll join our group driving our groundbreaking next-generation network devices - Cisco Silicon One™.     What You Will Do
    As a Product Lifecycle Supply Chain Project Manager, you’ll collaborate with operations engineering, fulfillment operations, quality, sourcing, product operations, and other key supply chain partners. This role will play a key role in facilitating the development of Alternate Sourcing Qualification plans and schedules, driving, and supervising all Qual activities to closure. You will provide program update views to Executive Management to communicate progress and highlight issues.
    Responsibilities include
    • Be the primary contact for project tracking, driving, and leading all items related to the Alternate Qual sourcing of Silicon One device, in partnership with the Silicon Operations NPI team, which includes supply chain project managers and New Product program managers (NPPMs).
    • Partner with Silicon Operations Product and Test Engineering team to scope and build robust Alternate Qual project plans.
    • Partner with Silicon Operations and Fulfillment team to scope and build robust production ramp plans.
    • Drive and supervise key supply chain readiness metrics and achievements including materials plans, finance, BOM and costs set ups, supply chain resiliency readiness.
    • Actively seek and incorporate standard processes and results from post-project assessments into Alternate Qual program plans
    • Resolve issues that may impede project objectives/deliverables.
    Who You Are
    • You’re an analytical thinker, highly collaborative, and have a successful track record of engaging with cross functional teams across multiple geographic theaters and can thrive in a highly dynamic cross functional team.
    • You bring knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures from the semiconductor industry.
    • You possess deep knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI) ASIC lifecycle management and supply chain management requirements at each phase of the development and manufacturing process cycle.
    • You have a passion for working with data, performing data analysis, and have shown experience with sophisticated Excel features, and other data gathering (i.e. Smartsheet) and analytics tools (i.e. Tableau, MS Power Apps)
    • You possess skills and have experience with program management tools (i.e. Visio), preparing presentations (i.e. PowerPoint), and you have sophisticated knowledge of collaboration tools such as Cisco WebEx and MS Office suite of apps (i.e. OneDrive, OneNote, SharePoint), or equivalent.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • BS degree in engineering or equivalent field.
    • 8 years of experience and success in leading semiconductor New Product Introduction projects and driving solutions throughout the product’s production ramp.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Advanced degrees such as an MBA are a plus!

When available, the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hire, full-time salaries in U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. Hiring ranges for sales positions include base and incentive compensation target. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. U.S. employees have access to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year and have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues without tapping into their PTO. We offer additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community. Employees are also able to purchase company stock through our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
