• Driving Results: Leading the conceptualization and execution of compelling motion graphics for diverse platforms, especially digital and social channels.
• Taking Ownership: Coordinating with marketing and design teams, ensuring every project aligns with Cirkul's brand vision and objectives.
• Making Decisions: Selecting appropriate design elements, tools, and techniques to achieve desired visual outcomes.
• Cultivating Relationships: Collaborating with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to gather feedback and fine-tune designs.
• Instilling Trust: Ensuring consistency in designs by adhering to brand guidelines, while also infusing creativity.

What background should you have?

• A bachelor's degree in design, multimedia, or a related domain.
• 15 years in graphic design, emphasizing motion graphics.
• Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D.
• A proven track record of producing captivating motion graphics for consumer-focused brands or startups.
