Shift Supervisor/Key Holder:

Job Description –

As a Shift Supervisor for Moida, the Shift Supervisor assumes overall responsibility for the store in the absence of the Assistant Manager. Main duties of a Shift Supervisor are successful operations of the store during business hours, merchandising product, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and assisting guests on the sales floor. Shift Supervisors will be the main point of contact during each scheduled shift for team members. The duties of the Shift Supervisor may change at any time, with or without cause, due to the nature of the business. Additional duties of the Shift Supervisor will be communicated by the Assistant Manager and/or the Manager of Retail Operations.

Job Responsibilities –

1. Greet and welcome customers on the sales floor
2. Assist the team on daily tasks
3. Merchandise product throughout the sales floor
4. Send team members on breaks and meal breaks according to the Company policy
5. Open/close the store during each scheduled shift. Counting tills and securing the store during closing hours.
6. Assisting the closing team on proper cleaning of the store and work areas. Work areas include the break room and other areas as directed by management.
7. Assisting the Assistant Manager on visual presentation and visual merchandising of the store.
8. Staying up to date on Korean beauty trends and assisting the Assistant Manager and Manager of Retail Operations on social media postings.
9. Providing exceptional customer service to help deter theft within the store.

What We Are Looking For –

1. 1 year experience as a supervisor, preferably in the retail industry
2. Proven experience leading others
3. Exceptional customer service skills
4. Able to work well alone and with others
5. The ability to lead by example and follow direction
6. Must be 18 or older
7. Must possess US citizenship or legal authorization to work in the US

Rate of pay - The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $19.00 / Hour. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
