Our Loan Coordinator position interacts internally with all levels of staff and externally with customers to provide high-quality services and support to ensure timely, consistent movement of loans through WBD’s process.
Duties include management of file organization, document checklists and third-party vendor due diligence; keeping loan data systems accurate and updated throughout the process; compiling documents for loan applications; and ensuring proper information is collected, documented, and reviewed to ensure compliance after approval and assisting throughout the closing process.
WBD is interested in candidates with:
A successful candidate will be highly organized, self-disciplined, and demonstrate accountability. Knowledge of banking operations, loan processes and/or closing processes at bank or Title Company. With specific experience in commercial real estate and/or SBA loans is highly preferred. Associate degree in finance or business field is preferred. Position open for various levels of experience, wage commensurate with experience. This is an in-office position.
