Responsibilities:
- Draft and revise commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements
- Conduct title and survey review
- Close purchase and sale transactions
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
- Handle significant individual responsibilities
- Participate in ULI, NAIOP, or CREFC
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
- Strong background in title and survey review
- Excellent writing, organizational, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated interest in the real estate industry
- Experience in an AmLaw 200 law firm preferred
- High level of academic achievement
- Admission to the State Bar of California
