A Product Owner/ Business Analyst with the following qualifications:

1. Self-starter that can be up and running with little direction
2. Able to write clear and concise user stories for engineering to develop from
3. Ability to running meetings with Business users to get and validate user/ business requirements
4. Good written and verbal communication
5. Ability to converse with Engineering to talk through user requirements
6. Ability to conduct initial UAT testing
7. They need to be analytical and able to think through and solve complex problems
