As a provider at Chrysalis Health, you will have the opportunity to provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures and adaptive life skills.

As a CBA you will:

• Conduct initial consultation with the client, where you may perform diagnostic assessments.
• Meet with families, educators, and other collateral to obtain better insight into clients’ presenting concerns.
• Conduct naturalistic observation of clients within individual and group settings.
• Create simulated conditions where you will observe the behavior of each client.
• Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to the client’s cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs.
• Coordinate treatment with other members of the CAT team.
• Facilitate and assist in the development of identification of resources and support information for clients and their families.
• Provide consultation services and maintain ongoing communication with all constituents (other supports, parents, community, and community agencies.)

Candidate Requirements:

• Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others.
• Education: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Special Education, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related human services field.
• Successful completion of internship and/or formal training in the analysis of behavior and instructional strategies training related to collaborating with clients who have pervasive developmental disorders and related disorders, their parents, and other agencies collaborating with client.
• Ability to work with a variety of clients with minimal direction.
• Certified as a CBA for a minimum of 2 years.
• Flexibility to provide services in client homes, schools, and other community settings.
• Ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs.
• Ability to learn and document in a robust electronic medical records platform.
• Valid Driver’s license with acceptable driving history and vehicle insurance.
• Transportation is dependable and insured in the state of Florida.
